• All product prices listed on the Website are in Ringgit Malaysia. 
• We do not accept cash as payment for any order made through website.

• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
• E-Vouchers or free gifts are available while last stocks.
• The availability of the goods presented on the Website depends on stock in stores and we do not guarantee the availability of goods.

Order Placing

• All online orders will be processed only after full payment has been received.  
• You will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. If you don’t see the email, please check your junk folder.

Use of e-Voucher

By using an e-Voucher, you agree to comply with these e-Voucher Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any e-Voucher at our sole discretion and at any time. We shall not be liable for any financial loss incurred by customers or households due to the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of an e-Voucher, or the inability of a customer or household to use an e-Voucher for any reason.

By using an e-Voucher, you confirm to us that you are the duly authorized recipient of the e-Voucher and that you are using it in good faith. Any attempt to redeem, assist in the redemption, or encourage the redemption of e-Vouchers to obtain discounts to which you or a third party are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offence.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that an e-Voucher is being used unlawfully or illegally, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any e-Voucher and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. We reserve the right to take any further action we consider necessary in such circumstances.

Delivery

• Delivery will be made to the address specified by customer on the completed order form. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
• All confirmed will be shipped out within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12.00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Aside from public holidays, orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
• Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) are as follows:
  • West Malaysia: 2 – 5 working days for your order to arrive
  • East Malaysia: 5 – 9 working days for your order to arrive
• Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional of 2 – 3 working days.
• If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.
• If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery confirmation. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution.
• If there are any issues with the parcel, you must provide video recordings and images as evidence.

Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

• We strictly do not allow refunds or exchanges for:
  • Change of mind / interest
  • Errors you have made in your order

It is the responsibility of customers who purchase our products to check the quantity and quality of their delivered order upon receiving it from our third-party logistic provider. Any discrepancies should be reported within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

• We only allow refunds for:
  • Delivery Discrepancies
  • Failure of our third-party logistics partner to fulfil the order
  • Order is not delivered as per scheduled delivery date
  • Order is cancelled due to extenuating factors from Ee Lee Hang Sdn Bhd (e.g. peak periods)
  • Incorrect Order Quantity
  • There are missing items in the order

• We only allow exchanges for:
  • Delivery Discrepancies
  • Wrong product(s) delivered

** Customers may only exchange items for a replacement of equal value or similar product. Customers will have to pay for the return shipping charges as well as the additional shipping charges for resending the package.

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us to request a cancellation. No cancellation of your order will be allowed if the order has already been shipped.
• If you returning the item, the item must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Refunds are not available for any returns. Customers may only exchange items for a replacement of equal value or similar product. Customers will have to pay for the return shipping charges as well as the additional shipping charges for resending the package.
• If you receive a faulty or broken product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We require you to provide detailed information, including photos and video of the damage or defect, to help us resolve the issue quickly.
• We have the right to request proof of purchase, original receipt and evidence hence to take further actions for all returns and refund.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any changes based on our available resources and manpower requirements.
